We ask our buyers to fill out the questionnaire below, because we take into account your preferences, dog experience, household activity level, and environment, in order to place the right puppy with your family.

Once received, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss how to move forward with the adoption process by submitting a deposit of $500 which will be applied towards the total purchase price of $3,500 + $210 MD state sales tax. The balance of $3,210.00 will be due when you pick up your puppy from Pine Knob Labradoodles.
